Luxurious sake of Shinkame Shuzo, the legendary brewery that led the pure sake movement in the postware period. Made on the basis of organic rice, ginjo-polishing, and the most laborious way of making koji. Soft and dry, but the 3 years of maturation provide depth and complexity. Store dark and cool. Drink preferably warm, in the spirit of previous brewery owner Ogawadhara Yoshimasa.
